Life coaching is distinct from consulting and therapy in its focus and approach. Consulting provides expert advice and solutions to specific challenges, while therapy addresses past traumas and mental health concerns with a licensed professional.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. As a life coach, I serve as a supportive guide to help you clarify your vision, overcome obstacles, and take actionable steps toward achieving your desired future. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past (an important foundation), or consulting, which delivers expert strategies, coaching empowers you to uncover your own answers and create meaningful change.
Coaching helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. If you feel stuck, uncertain, or ready to make a change but don’t know how to start, coaching provides clarity, structure, and accountability to move forward. A coach serves as a supportive guide, helping you set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, seeking personal growth, or striving for better balance in life, coaching empowers you to uncover your potential and take steps toward a life that aligns with your values and aspirations.
I am currently completing a 211-hour Level 2 ICF-accredited Life Coach program, which provides extensive training in coaching methodologies, ethics, and evidence-based tools. Additionally, I’ve trained with Wayfinders, led by Martha Beck, which focuses on aligning personal transformation with intuitive practices to help clients discover their true path. My coaching approach blends this formal training with years of entrepreneurial experience and a deep understanding of mindset and personal growth, empowering clients to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Working with me means you’re not just getting a coach—you’re gaining a guide who brings years of entrepreneurial experience, emotional depth, and actionable strategies tailored to your unique journey. My approach is direct yet compassionate, combining practical tools with a deep understanding of the mindset shifts needed for meaningful change. Unlike many coaches, I focus on helping you align your personal and professional life so you can achieve success without burnout or sacrificing what matters most to you. I offer personalized support, actionable takeaways after each session, and ongoing accountability to ensure your growth doesn’t stop when the session ends. If you’re ready to play at a higher level while truly enjoying your life, I’m here to help you get there.
Being “ready” ensures you have the right mindset to fully engage in the coaching process. Coaching requires commitment, self-reflection, and a willingness to take action. When you’re ready, you’ll be able to approach sessions with an open mind and the motivation to implement changes, maximizing the impact of the coaching relationship.
You’re ready if you strongly desire change and are prepared to invest time, energy, and effort into your growth. Readiness means you’re willing to be honest with yourself, open to feedback, and committed to taking action to move closer to your goals.
While coaching can provide value at any stage, it’s most effective when you’re ready to actively engage in the process. If you’re unsure, consider whether you’re willing to take small steps toward clarity and commitment—coaching can help guide you toward readiness if you’re open to exploring
You might not be ready if:
If any of these resonate, it might be helpful to focus on addressing these barriers first.
That’s okay! Part of the coaching journey is assessing where you are and what’s holding you back. Together with your coach, you can identify what readiness looks like for you and create a path to help you build the foundation for future success.
